Don’t Keep Touching That!
Most of us have that ever-growing “to-do” list." You know… that calendar on your desk, or some promising computer app, or some scrap paper with edges worn floating around the office; you’re sure you’ve seen it around, with bulleted tasks. You vow to tackle it “when I have free time.”
But let’s be honest—free time rarely comes, and when it does it’s such a small window, that most of the bullet points won’t fit. We kick cans down the road putting off things we don’t want to do, only to find them creeping up on us again and again. This cycle drains more than just your time; it also saps mental energy and adds unnecessary stress.
